WHAT IS POWER STARS?
Power Stars is a fitness program that provides proper training in strength and conditioning allowing an athlete to strengthen supporting muscles, even out muscle imbalances, increase mobility, correct posture, stabilize joints, learn new movement patterns, enhance coordination and peripheral skills, and so much more.

AGE REQUIREMENTS:
Age ranges from 12 and above.
